    Revetas Group announces the successful #disposal of TriGranit to DRFG Investment Group. TriGranit is one of the largest privately-owned real estate development platforms in Central Europe, with over two decades of operations and has completed nearly 50 landmark projects, adding 1.7 million square meters of GLA across seven countries in the region. DRFG has acquired 100% of the shares in TriGranit, which will continue to operate under its established brand, encompassing the entire development area of the group. Commenting on today’s announcement, Eric Assimakopoulos, Founding Partner at Revetas, said, "I am delighted that TriGranit is transitioning to an investor who truly values and recognizes the expertise and dedication of TriGranit’s entire team of professionals, which has been instrumental to our development projects over the past 5 years. Since our acquisition of TriGranit from TPG in 2018 together with the Keystone portfolio, we have brought new management to the group, TriGranit has completed the iconic, award-winning 37,200 sqm GLA Millennium Gardens office complex in Budapest, completed the 8th office building in the B4B mixed-use development in Krakow, repositioned over 90,000 sqm of office development land to close to 2,000 apartments, amongst other successes. We are confident that under DRFG’s umbrella, they will continue to thrive and achieve new heights.” The two companies have an existing collaboration. Since last year, they have been jointly developing an extensive logistics park in the group’s portfolio, located in western Poland. TriGranit will implement DRFG group projects and continue previously contracted projects such as Millennium Gardens in Hungary and Bonarka for Business in Krakow, Poland. Additionally, TriGranit will continue working with Revetas group on ongoing developments. “We are excited about the bright future ahead for TriGranit as part of the DRFG family! Under the stewardship of Revetas Capital, we managed to weather the COVID crisis and geopolitical challenges in CEE while completing the landmark Millennium Gardens office complex in Budapest.     😍 Rooftop Party with the Best View! One of the most beautiful gems of our office is our rooftop terrace with its splendid view. There's nothing better than enjoying your morning coffee here or just relaxing in the summer sunshine. That's why we decided to organize our very first rooftop terrace party for this year! We took care of the music, drinks, and treats, and as a bonus, since there was a European Championship match happening, our colleagues could enjoy the game on a big screen. Fortunately, the weather was on our side, so we had a fantastic summer evening together. We can't wait for the next one!     Antonio Pomes, Director - Country Head of Portfolio Management was featured in Property Insider’s annual special edition of “Na Półmetku 2024” (Midway 2024), summarizing the real estate market in Poland in 2024. We would like to thank the entire editorial team of Property Insider, especially to Tomasz Szpyt, Editor-in-Chief, for putting together such a great material that includes summaries, analyses, reports, interviews, but above all, comments from market decision-makers and forecasts for the next six months. Antonio Pomes declared in the exclusive interview: "In 2024, the leasing market in non-central areas of Warsaw and Krakow is witnessing a surge in potential deals. Within our portfolio, new leases that exceed 7,000 square meters have commenced this year. Tenants are now more inclined to commit to longer lease durations of 7 to 10 years, a shift from the preference for short-term leases post-COVID. A significant emphasis is placed on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), particularly environmental concerns, during the renewal and lease-up processes, with tenants favoring investments in eco-friendly solutions over traditional flashy fit-outs as it was in the past. The home office policy remains prevalent among tenants, notably in Krakow’s BPO and IT sectors, yet there’s a gradual transition towards a hybrid work model, mandating 2 or 3 days of office presence. Furthermore, tenants are seeking locations that reflect their identity and values’ alignment with landlords, including environmental responsibility, inclusivity, community engagement, amenities, sustainable mobility, and charitable initiatives. For the second half of 2024, Revetas Capital is concentrating on Asset Management initiatives, with ongoing renewal negotiations for large office spaces within our portfolio. In response to the high demand for residential spaces, there’s an effort to enhance the portfolio’s value by re-zoning lands from office to residential use.
