We launched our #RESET mental health programme in 2019 on a mission to explore the potential gaps and opportunities of digital mental health and wellbeing services for young people. The programme has achieved great things since then – from directories of support available, to off-the-shelf resources for young people, their parents, carers and teachers, to opportunities to directly act on feedback from young people. Our own Amy O'Donnell, alongside inFocus Consultancy, reflects on five keys learnings across the programme, from a wide array of topics related to addressing mental health challenges among young people: https://hubs.la/Q02N13Qf0

Connectivity, tech and digital literacy are no longer a luxury. We want to make sure that everyone has a fair chance to participate in today's society. That’s exactly why we’ve teamed up with the amazing people at Good Things Foundation. Together, we’re on a mission to bridge this digital gap. What they've achieved so far is incredible, and we're so proud to be a part of it. Check our their latest report below.
A year of Good Things! We’re proud of our impact since we started our current strategy, having engaged almost 600,000 people through our products and services! We’ve also smashed our target, and now have over 5,000 Hubs in the National Digital Inclusion Network! Connectivity and tech are no longer a luxury, they’re essential in this digital age. That’s why we’ve given out: 📲 Over 125,000 data packages to those who need them 💻 And almost 10,000 devices through the National Device Bank. Digital literacy is crucial, and yet a staggering 8.5 million UK adults lack the basic skills for online tasks. We’re proud to have supported almost 100,000 people to learn basic digital skills. And we know that our services make lives better for people: 🤩 92% feel more digitally able and/or safe ❤️ 96% feel happier, healthier and/or better off. But we couldn’t do it with the Digital Inclusion Hubs in the National Digital Inclusion Network - all 5,549 of them and counting! And it goes both ways, as Smartlyte's Hafsha said: “We wouldn’t be able to serve the local community on the same scale without it.” We’re proud to have given out over £5.1 million in grants to Hubs in the National Digital Inclusion Network, alongside improving our products and services, making it easier than ever for people seeking support. And finally, this is only possible thanks to the collaboration and support from our Strategic Partners: Vodafone UK News Virgin Media O2 Nominet and Accenture and our funders and supporters. We can Fix the Digital Divide - For Good. https://lnkd.in/e3TB_-3Y
