Meet the Team: Dario Idžaković - Head of Operations & Support Dario joined Nextgen in 2013, having previously worked as a Senior Proposition Manager at T-Mobile Croatia and as a Roaming Specialist at A1 Croatia, managing their respective retail brands, developing business cases, and collaborating with different departments and agencies to ensure profitability and market presence. Dario holds a Bachelor of Economics with a Major in Organisation & Management from The Faculty of Economics and Business, Zagreb. Based in Nextgen’s Zagreb office, Dario's native language is Croatian, but is also fluent in English, Slovenian, Serbian, Bosnian, and Macedonian. In his current role as Head of Operations & Support at Nextgen, Dario is responsible for managing Global Operations for two flagship products, IOTRON (Discount Management) and TIMS (Traffic Identification & Monetisation Solution). With his extensive industry experience, wide network, and business acumen, Dario leads his teams with focus and commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. #Nextgen #meettheteam

A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK, Mansi's professional journey spans multiple sectors, including Telecoms, Food Solutions, and Facility Management. Mansi’s career is a blend of international experiences, having lived, studied, and worked in both the UK and India, complemented by her proficiency in English, Gujarati, Hindi, and French, offering a unique global perspective and a multilingual advantage. We are pleased to communicate that Nextgen Clearing Ltd has gained IO.30 Accreditation for a second time in 2024. IO.30 #Accreditation Programme is a new industry mark implemented by the Executive Board of IO to reassure Mobile Operators that these vendors meet high standards of service. The programme consists of 3 essential elements: 1. A mechanism for Vendors to be assessed by completing a form where they must advise on over 20 KPIs and submit information about their companies. There is no self-assessment mechanism. 2. Evaluation of the submission (KPIs and documentation) by the vendor resulting in either getting accredited or having accreditation declined. 3. The awarding of a Mark and listing which shows which vendors are accredited by IO. Now based in Slovakia, Karin is responsible for managing Nextgen’s Central European portfolio, with a focus on building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, whilst simultaneously identifying and growing opportunities within her assigned territory. Karin holds a master’s degree in Italian Language and Culture, and is fluent in Slovakian, English, and Italian. Her expertise extends across the European markets, and she excels in building trust-based relationships with customers at all levels.
