At Intertek we are a force for good and we recognise that saving the future of our planet is mission critical. Sustainability is the movement of our time and the race to Net Zero is real. As such, we take the delivery of our Net Zero targets very seriously. Today I am pleased to announce that in the first six months of the year, we reduced our Net Zero emissions by 13.5%, after having lowered our CO2 emissions by 36.7% between 2019 and 2023. Importantly, we are leading the world when it comes to green electricity, sourcing 54% of our consumption from renewables, which is much better than the world currently at 30%. Leading the world by example on the race to Net Zero is what being a force for good is all about.
