    🚀 New Data Opportunity! (Full time, Perm) 🚀 Are you a Senior or Lead Data Engineer looking to take your career to the next level? Do you want to lead a team of talented Data Engineers and Scientists focused on delivering AI and ML solutions for the financial services market? Having received substantial investment, this impressive Fintech that focuses on providing investment insight products, is further growing it's data engineering function by hiring a Lead Engineer.  With an impressive background in hands on data engineering you'll also - 👉 have top notch experience in designing and building scalable data architectures. 👉 demonstrate in depth knowledge of ETL processes, data modelling and data warehousing. 👉 know database technologies inside and out, whether they're NoSQL or relational. Any experience of working on AI and ML projects is a big plus for this but it's not essential.     ...Hello, Q2! 👋 Here at Further we’re all about providing the freedom to choose, and protecting the inclusion that flexible work provides. (Mandating return to work? You’re being exclusionary… Yep. True fact. 👀 ) We encourage our clients to not only provide choice and flexibility for all their team members, but to get super specific and transparent about what ‘flexible’ really means for them. 🧡 In-person time being prioritised for collaboration is the name of the game. 🐰 🥚 Last week, to end the quarter (right before the Easter public holiday in the UK) our founders took a couple of days for an offsite in the countryside. We headed away from the big smoke for lots honest reflections on Q1. We tackled strategic planning and we set lots of lovely OKRs. 🎯 ☀️ A stroll down to the river to enjoy this stunning view in the morning was a great way to set us up for our packed agenda! We’re feeling energised with clarity of focus and we’re pushing forward with our next phase of growth... 👉 Q1 was launch mode; we created our fabulous brand and website (link in comment) alongside spreading the word around Further's Talent Consultancy services and delivering client work we’re incredibly proud of (case studies to follow!)
