Protocols to Support Middle Leaders Facilitate Team Meetings: When collaborating with Middle Leaders. I often share this two-page protocol overview from Harvard Graduate School of Education. There are so many brilliant websites to learn about protocols. Yet, between navigating classroom responsibilities and planning meetings, the search for protocols can be overwhelming and time-consuming. Although intended for students, the protocols listed are easily transferable to a professional setting and most importantly, the protocols are organised by purpose.
