Among the many points covered were: 💬 How the idea of ‘professionalism’ can be used to disadvantage those from poorer socio-economic backgrounds. 💬 The importance of high achievers ensuring that others can follow them up the social mobility ladder. 💬 Using data to highlight key areas of concern in terms of diversity and social mobility. 💬 Changing methods of evaluating talent and potential. At our forthcoming Women in Transformation event we'll be exploring tangible ways you can take action and make a difference in your organisation. It promises to be another intriguing discussion and we're looking forward to seeing you there.
