For the last 7 years, Attraction Tickets Ltd has been transforming from a business that dispatched physical tickets in the post and manually loaded prices and availability to one that is fully integrated with all major suppliers and middleware platforms. We now display live availability and pricing and all fulfilment is digital. Due to our advanced bespoke, in-house technology platform, we are usually beta partners for major theme park suppliers with initiatives such as dynamic pricing. We have also developed a unique theme park hotel + ticket + benefits booking flow and our ecommerce platform is live in five source markets. Our ambition to become the global theme park specialist is on track.    One of the major drivers of our digital transformation has been Milenna Pessoa who has built a Digital Product department from scratch. She drives the product vision, strategy, and innovation and is responsible for all digital and ecommerce solutions. We are delighted to announce that Milenna has been promoted to Associate Director of Digital Product. We have also promoted Dave Courtley - aka ‘Big Dave’ - to Associate Director of Operations. Dave was instrumental is getting the company through Covid in his role as Head of Operations. He has since been working in Digital Product to enhance our post booking customer experience. Dave now takes overall responsibility for everything after the order is created - order management, customer management, modifications, cancellations, fulfilment and ticketing. He is also overseeing Customer Contact, compliance and IT. Last night some of our team were lucky enough to get a sneak peak into this year's Halloween Horror Nights event at Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood. We heard all about the haunted houses, scare zones and live shows directly from the brains behind it all, Lora Sauls, and even got to ask some of our own questions about what happens behind the scenes. HHN is an incredible event, taking place on select nights between late August and early November. Planning takes over 18 months and the team put their heart and soul into creating frankly terrifying scenes for the thousands of guests who flock to the event each year. Rollercoasters are scary but you haven't known fear until you've gone through some of these haunted houses and experienced the 'boo-holes'!
