We are seeking a Assistant Architectural Designer to join our client in Dubai in a permanent role. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, overseeing, coordinating, and reviewing the architectural design of large real estate structures within a development company

Responsibilities:
- Oversee design projects and team activities.
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.
- Provide design support to the team, including creating graphics, layouts, and presentations as needed.
- Communicate with team of designers to gather project requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, share feedback, and contribute to the creative process.
- Organize and maintain project files, ensuring they are easily accessible and well-organized for efficient workflow.
- Reviewing design work to ensure it meets quality standards and company expectations.
- Take initiative in learning new design tools, techniques, and best practices to enhance skills and capabilities.
- Handle administrative tasks such as expense tracking, invoice processing, and other logistical duties to support smooth project operations
Qualifications:
Education:
-Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience:
-3-5 years in architectural design, with some management experience.
-Experience with various project types (residential, commercial, industrial).
Technical Skills:
-Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
-Knowledge of building codes and construction methods.
Project Management:
Experience managing design projects from start to finish.
Ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to present design concepts clearly.
Creative and Analytical:
Strong problem-solving and innovative thinking abilities.
Attention to Detail:
High accuracy and commitment to quality work.
