People Experience Partner

Job Description

The People Experience Partner position is responsible for helping collaborators enhance their performance and competencies and assist them with People Experience hygiene items.

Also works closely with all People Experience verticals and initiatives to deliver added value service to Operations employees, maintaining a positive work environment that contributes to the business objectives of the organization.

Qualifications

• Meet regularly with assigned collaborators to support them in their professional development.
• Have an active and recurrent communication with Operations stakeholders to gather feedback from coachees and to develop action plans regarding performance of assigned coachees.
• Help employees discover and develop competencies to set goals, discover strengths and teach them how to use them effectively.
• Provide and ensure adequate People Experience guidance regarding policies to assigned coachees and operations stakeholders.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to assigned coachees (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, policies compliance)
• Responsible of performance Review process, tracking all specific inputs (for each cycle) required for the exercise.
• Works closely with Operations stakeholders to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Give support to People Experience initiatives to drive people and company goals.
• Collaborative teamwork with People Experience specialists to reach OKRs.
