Understand and support the company's strategy and mission
Communicate business and sales analysis reports between HQ and Singapore to materialize strategy and analyze sales trends and business proposals
Research competition to identify threats and opportunities
Provide consulting advise to improve, and align processes, resources-planning and department goals that align with HQ's overall strategy for senior executives in making effective decisions
Construct, present and prepare sales analysis, reports, forecasts and sales analytical models
Any other duties as assigned by the management
Requirements
Strong in business Korean & English language and deep understanding of the Korean / Singapore culture to prepare, present and draft business related reports for HQ Korea management team
Proven experience in the area of Strategic, Sales Analyst, Planner or Business Consulting from multi stores retail or FMCG background
Understanding of market research and sales data analysis
Knowledge of retail business operations and procedures
Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities
Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
Organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft applications including Power Point and Excel
BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field; MSc/MA/MBA is a plus
