Develop and implement effective business and operational strategies aligned with overall organization objectives and key results
Assess current processes and design strategies to enhance overall efficiency and optimization
Collaborate with senior management to establish clear and measurable strategic goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Ensure that regional business strategies align with organizational objectives and establish strong collaborative relationships with corporate teams
Implement strategies to optimize the servicing process, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage the Client Service Division for the APAC offices, setting a vision for exceptional project management and fostering a positive and collaborative and high-performance culture
Develop and execute comprehensive team growth plans aligned with business objectives, including but not limited to assessing current team capabilities, identifying skill gaps, and planning for future staffing needs
Continuously monitor team performance metrics and identify any deviations from the established performance standards
Implement regular performance assessments to track individual and team progress
Client Relationship Management:
Strengthen relationships with key clients by ensuring the delivery of exceptional services and addressing any concerns in a timely manner
Implement strategies to continuously improve client satisfaction
Take a hands-on approach and continuously assess Client Service processes for opportunities to enhance and improve
What We Expect From You:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
12+ years of experience in a global organization with a track record of leading a sizable team with a matrix structure
5+ years of management experience leading a team of early career professionals in a competitive, sales-driven environment
Entrepreneurial mindset, strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Fluency in spoken and written English; any additional languages will be a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technology
