Regional Head of Operations, APAC

What You Will Do:

Operations Management:

• Develop and implement effective business and operational strategies aligned with overall organization objectives and key results
• Assess current processes and design strategies to enhance overall efficiency and optimization
• Collaborate with senior management to establish clear and measurable strategic goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure that regional business strategies align with organizational objectives and establish strong collaborative relationships with corporate teams
• Implement strategies to optimize the servicing process, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness

Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage the Client Service Division for the APAC offices, setting a vision for exceptional project management and fostering a positive and collaborative and high-performance culture
• Develop and execute comprehensive team growth plans aligned with business objectives, including but not limited to assessing current team capabilities, identifying skill gaps, and planning for future staffing needs
• Continuously monitor team performance metrics and identify any deviations from the established performance standards
• Implement regular performance assessments to track individual and team progress

Client Relationship Management:

• Strengthen relationships with key clients by ensuring the delivery of exceptional services and addressing any concerns in a timely manner
• Implement strategies to continuously improve client satisfaction
• Take a hands-on approach and continuously assess Client Service processes for opportunities to enhance and improve

What We Expect From You:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in a global organization with a track record of leading a sizable team with a matrix structure
• 5+ years of management experience leading a team of early career professionals in a competitive, sales-driven environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English; any additional languages will be a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
• In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technology
