JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Capturing minutes of the meeting and follow up on action items with relevant stakeholders
• Manage invoices, and monitor budget and control in consultation with project manager as required
• Assist project manager with onboarding of vendor contracts and managing of contracts, resources
• Coordinate with various project stakeholders
• Prepare reports for stakeholders
• Track tasks and action items and follow up with task owner
• Support project manager in Project Management activities
