We are looking for a dedicated Product Owner to drive the development and implementation of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) as part of a broader IT revamp. This role is critical in supporting the company's ambitious growth plans, which include increasing capacity to handle 5.0M devices and leveraging a new factory in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with CEO and other key stakeholders to define the MES product vision and roadmap.
Gather, prioritize, and manage product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational needs.
Translate business needs into detailed specifications and user stories for the development team.
Work closely with developers, QA, and operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality MES solutions.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team to facilitate communication and address issues.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for MES product improvements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in manufacturing and supply chain operations:
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in MES, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and MES technologies.
Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with ERP systems and integrations, particularly with Oracle NetSuite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a related field.
Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management.
Experience with software development tools such as Jira and Confluence.
