Operations Manager, Jaan


Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

  • Be a part of the 2-Michelin Star Jaan by Kirk Westaway
  • The position is responsible for the management of overall operation and administration of the outlet/business unit, and be accountable for its revenue and profitability by communicating regularly with culinary team and revenue team to implement agreed upon strategies and promotions;
  • Ensuring the highest possible standards and quality of products and services offering in the outlet as to meet and exceed guests expectations
  • Drive the service standards of Jaan, and elevate guest experience. Work with Chef Kirk Westaway to achieve 3-Michelin Star.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience, with at least 3 years in the European fine dining scene.
  • Candidates with experience in 2/3-Michelin Star Restaurants will be preferable.
  • Possess strong leadership qualities, sound judgement and decision making.
  • Have a collaborative, enabling leadership style. Prior experience in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), to help drive the service standards.
  • Leads to constantly improve the guest service experience and team performance
