Assistant Manager, Regional Talent Acquisition at VF Corporation
ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
Supports the Region CFO and Controller by performing administrative support and managing the contract approval process. This position is an integral part of the Finance and Accounting teams which are located across multiple offices and markets. This role will interact frequently with the administrative support for VF’s Executive Leadership team and other international and regional teams. This position works closely with the Legal department in order to facilitate and manage the contract approval process.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Be the face of the department and provide administrative support to Region CFO and Controller such as filing and organizing, faxing, sorting and distributing departmental mail, ordering supplies, internet research, calendar management, assisting employees, correspondence, making copies, travel arrangements, expense reports, answering, screening, and returning phone calls, etc.
Manages the contract approval and signature process and ensures that all required approvals and signoffs have occurred
Coordinate meetings from small office meetings to larger off-site meeting
Interface with corporate and brand functions in multiple offices and region
Assist in managing and tracking travel expenses and corporate expenses
Provide research and support for special projects
Coordinate the signature process for contracts and validate the correct approvals have been met.
Have ability to assist in the creation of PowerPoint presentations.
Assist with coordinating team activities and events
Ability to coordinate with EAs across multiple time zones
