About the Role:
The role is aimed to focus on the continuous expansion and growth of Kinder Chocolate and Kinder Bueno brands, and the brand development and performance on the markets of Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan. The role contributes to and works cross-functionally to meet both, the business (volume/value) and brand (market share, penetration) targets for the brands, as well as effectively and efficiently manage and execute marketing plans on time and within budget across markets.
Main Responsibilities:
Support of a marketing strategy through data analysis and recommendation of action plans to drive brand growth, development and course-correction of brand plans across respective markets
Ongoing monthly tracking and update of brand performance, including performance in sales and comprehensive understanding, tracking and sharing of competitor activities across markets
Effective management and timely execution of all brand marketing activities across markets, leading sales launches and market launch initiatives and development of marketing plans in new markets
Development of brand short- and mid-term objectives and targets, including identification of market opportunities, development of pricing and product portfolio strategy for new markets and recommendation to the management team
Work closely with the Region Marketing team to share and obtain best practices, provide and request information as needed
Support in developing brief and media strategy across markets, develop local adaptations to TV advertising, work closely with advertising agency, develop other ATL advertising materials
Manage and execute media plans, working closely with media and event agency to manage social media calendar, activations and develop, manage and execute events and activations for the brand
Work closely with relevant teams to track and update stakeholders on the production, stock situation and timelines across markets
Manage carefully multiple RDP/packaging projects for the brand and keep all stakeholders and management team regularly updated on the progress of RDP development, flagging issues on time
Ensure all artworks accuracy and timely approval
Develop and adapt POSMs, working very closely with the creative agency and trade marketing team
Manage on-pack designs and premiums, working closely with related departments to ensure items closely adhere to legal and quality requirement
Develop consumer promotions, monitor implementation of activity grids
Oversee brand budgets and provide updates on brand financials as needed, manage POs, invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments
Who we are looking for:
University degree
Relevant experience in FMCG Brand Marketing, knowledge of the Asia region, in terms of consumers and FMCG dynamics and regional business unit experience is preferred
Strong marketing fundamentals and project management skillset
Solid numerical skillset and analytical ability, cognitive thought, high attention to details
Agility and capability of adapting / multi-tasking in a fast paced and continuously changing environment
High sense of responsibility and proactivity, anticipation of issues and proposal of solutions
Strong commercial mindset, ability to collaborate across functions and with multiple stakeholders
Good time management, ability to work efficiently, independently and within a team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
MS Office, familiarity with Nielsen Answers and SAP systems preferred
Fluency in English, written and spoken, Mandarin is considered a strong plus
