Growth.sg is a Singapore-based agency solely focused on small/fledgling businesses (we exclusively serve SMEs and startups). We're different in that we don't seek to retain clients, because we believe in building something that truly lasts -- internal capabilities, having which SMEs will not need to rely on vendors/suppliers (in the areas of business development, sales, revenue generation, and digital marketing). We achieve this primarily through 3+9 model (though this may vary depending on client needs): - 3 months of strategy & competency building: ~two touch-points a week with a senior consultant covering strategy, execution tips, and coaching - 9 months of monthly check-ins after either placing a junior or gig headcount. Clients may opt to hire themselves from the get-go, this simplifies things. We're always looking for amazing talent to join us.
