Chef Roy joins us from renowned establishments such as Park Hotel Clarke Quay, W Hotel Singapore, and Faber Park at Mount Faber Leisure Group. Most recently, he served as Executive Sous Chef at Hilton Singapore Orchard, where he played a key role in the pre-opening preparations. With nearly 30 years of expertise and a deep-rooted passion for the culinary world, Chef Vijay is set to enhance our dining experience to new heights. Chef Vijay's journey started at Raffles Singapore. His career trajectory includes notable culinary positions at Sheraton Towers, Marina Mandarin, and Shangri-La, before returning to Raffles Singapore as Executive Sous Chef. Most recently, he served as the pre-opening Culinary Director for Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi, managing 11 F&B concepts, and led pre-openings at Hilton Singapore Orchard, PARKROYAL on Pickering, Raffles Seychelles, and Conrad Osaka.
