Training Coordinator
Northvolt has an exciting opportunity for a Training coordinator to join our team in Skellefteå
As a Training Coordinator you will play an important part from the very start in building one of the first large scale European battery factories.
The Training coordinator will ensure that all training and onboarding activities are prepared, executed, evaluated and followed up making sure that staff and attendees, tools and infrastructure are in the right place at the right time and that progress data is readily available, documented and followed-up on.

Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Support the coordination and evaluation of training activities for Northvolt Ett such as internal and external trainings, industry certifications, shop-floor training and supplier trainings
- Support the planning, coordination, management, and communication of the training calendar as per business needs.
- Manage training logistics including scheduling of resources, spaces, tools and day of support.
- Manage administration of the Learning management system and other systems that supports training activities
- Manage the onboarding of all new hires that will start at Northvolt Ett.
- Drive project related activities and initiatives in a time-bound and efficient manner
- Build strong and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
- Be excellent with follow-ups to ensure project timelines are met

Qualifications/education/experience
- Bachelor's degree within business administration, learning & development or equivalent (desired)
- Working experience in coordinative/administrative roles
- Excellent English, both written and spoken
- Must enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, fluency in Microsoft Excel and Power point
- Experience with Learning management systems and/or Project Management tools is a big plus
- Experience and interest in manufacturing industry is a plus
- Valuable (but not required) if fluency in other languages, including Swedish
- Highly organized and results driven with an eye for details
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, outstanding time management
- Ability to work well and communicate with others in a team environment, as well as independently
