The Role & The Team:

As a Sales Development Represenative you will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to drive new business by promoting Mitigram’s value proposition to prospective customers. You will manage your own pipeline of deals and be responsible for taking them from first contact through to conversion via our experienced Sales team. Uniquely, our Sales model drives a high volume of qualified, inbound leads that our Sales team will be converting.

You will work with experienced trade finance teams to understand client needs and sell the Mitigrams SaaS platform. Internally, you will collaborate with Sales, CRM, and Customer service teams to deliver the best experience for the customer.

 

What you will do:

  • Generate new sales leads through a mixture of outbound phone and email prospecting, following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries.
  • Manage your own deal pipeline of new customers and have full responsibility to move them to conversion.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for Sales and Account Mangers.
  • Maximise conversion and lead generation via a range of inbound and outbound sales and communications strategies across multiple channels, leveraging Mitigrams sales tools including Salesforce.
  • Understand Mitigrams, offerings and value positioning to effectively communicate and apply them to a prospects needs.
  • Capture feedback & iterate strategies to find the winning approach and best practices for Mitigram.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas and objectives.


What you should have to be successful in the role:

  • A love for sales and business development.
  • 1-2+ years of prior Sales developing experience.
  • Experience/awareness/knowledge of technology solutions, cloud and SaaS preferred.
  • Ability to articulate technical capabilities in terms of business value.
  • A strong desire to learn a comprehensive software sales process.
  • Strong sense of urgency and motivation to meet and exceed aggressive goals.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Linkedin, Teams, etc.
  • Fluent in English.


Great if you:

  • Are hard working, competitive, professional, and comfortable taking direction and feedback.
  • Know the Swedish, German and/or French language.
  • Have experience in Trade finance, payment, lending or any financial area.
