Key Responsibilities

As a junior product developer on Baby, you will be the one in your team focusing on developing exciting products. You will together with your team drive the developments for the best product and constantly overview, evaluate, follow up and make suggestions of improvements. Your main focus will be the baby and toddler customer. You will be working with a wide range of products and materials where knowledge of complex timelines and structure is crucial.

You will work in close collaboration with the senior product developers, product manager, planners, designers and pattern makers.

As a Junior Product Developer at baby, you should be comfortable with working independently and taking own initiatives and like to work with the rest of the team to develop the best product and best assortment in line with the visual goals.

  • Experience from working with product development or as a Buyer
  • Passion for the Baby customer and staying up to date with the latest trends
  • Have a good sense of fashion and passion for products  
  • Result-oriented and a business growth mindset   
  • Structured and organized.  
  • Are a strong team player with great communication skills
  • Have a strong salesmanship and commercial thinking
  • Have the courage to make decisions.
  • Always see possibilities, improvements, and simple solutions

This is a temporary position with an 11-month contract, starting as soon as possible with placement in Stockholm.
