About Your Mission

As the head of marketing at Dormer Pramet, you play a crucial and strategic role in supporting our company's vision and objectives and our brand promise of being "Simply Reliable and you are a part of the Dormer Pramet Sales and Marketing management team. You will be joining us during a period of change, and with a clear structure and understanding of the intrinsic connection between marketing and sales, you will introduce new strategies and standardize methods of operation across our markets.

You oversee a highly skilled team of marketing managers and professionals, as well as a diverse range of agencies, freelancers, and a global network of stakeholders throughout the company.

The role requires the ability to combine strategy formulation with practical execution to ensure that the overall corporate strategy is delivered in the marketing area, and you’re responsible for setting the budget for our central marketing. As Dormer Pramet is a global company, you work with colleagues and stakeholders in many different countries.

The position is based in Europe (remote working) and some occasional travel is required.

About You

Working with a variety of stakeholders with diverse needs, as well as operating in a multicultural environment, comes naturally to you.

We’re looking for someone with a master’s degree in marketing, or equivalent experience. You have experienced managing new product introductions, sales promotion campaigns, marketing automation and lead generation activities to increase MQLs. You have at least 5 years’ experience of leading a marketing organization in an international business-to-business setting. You should bring experience from dealing both with direct end users and with large distribution channels. Your ability to speak and write in English is at a high level.
