The role & the team:

As Custommer support and Implementation, you will work in the Services team to make sure that Mitigram's clients are on-boarded to our platform and supported throughout the day-to-day usage.


You will work with experienced trade finance teams to understand client needs and convert that to needed configuration and customization on the Mitigram SaaS platform. You will also be a part of the daily support of clients' questions and issues creating long term customer satisfaction. Internally, you will collaborate with both our commercial team parts of our technical team to deliver the best experience for the customer. This hybrid position requires on-site work at our Stockholm office a minimum of three times a week.


 What you will do:

System Implementation:

  • Lead and manage system implementation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Conduct needs analysis and collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements.
  • Configure and customize systems to meet client needs.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users on system functionalities.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for system configurations and client-specific customizations.


Application Support:

  • Provide frontline support to clients, addressing and resolving application issues promptly.
  • Troubleshoot clients’ problems, identifying root causes and present resolutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or development teams as necessary.
  • Assist in the development of support documentation and FAQs for end-users.


Continuous Improvement

  • Stay current with industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and implement best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance personal and professional growth.


What you should have to be successful in the role:

  • An interest in financial software and trade finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of prior experience from working with finance, support, or software.
  • Experience/awareness/knowledge of technology solutions.
  • A strong desire to understand and learn details of the trade finance area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.


Great if you:

  • Are familiar with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Have experience from trade finance, treasury or similar.
