Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and cultivate partnerships, strategic alliances, and new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Fundraising: Work closely with investors and participate in fundraising activities, articulating our business vision and potential.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the technical co-founder and other team members to align sales strategies with product development and company goals.
• Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales and business development team, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within the fintech industry.
• Fintech Knowledge: Deep understanding of fintech, particularly in the areas of data analytics, AI, and machine learning.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strategic Vision: Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities, with a focus on long-term business growth.
• Startup Experience: Previous experience in a startup environment is highly desirable.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-motivated, resilient, and ready to tackle the challenges of building a startup.
