About us:

Din Psykolog is a web based application which enables users to see a psychologist online. We want to make professional psychological care more available and break down the stigmas associated with mental illness. We are also automating work for psychologists using technology so that they can spend more time with their patients.

Our story so far:

• We have helped more than 10,000+ people to date
• Throughout that time we have conducted over 50,000+ sessions
• Projected growth of 250% by the end of 2024

Your role:

As our newly established COO, you will work closely with leading and managing the daily operations of Din Psykolog, whilst overseeing the operational duties of each of our domains. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to all employees to ensure that our company goals are met.

Who we are looking for:

• Experience working within an executive leadership role
• Experience in a startup environment and/or helping businesses to scale
• Someone who is used to working across the business with a hands on approach
• Someone who can translate strategy into actionable steps for growth and execute
• Experience in developing and coaching high-performing teams
• Brings an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset
