About the Project:
We are looking for 6 technically knowledgeable people for an intensive summer project. During 10-12 weeks, you will play a crucial role as back office support for our field technicians who work with installations and maintenance on site.

We are looking for 6 technically knowledgeable people for an intensive summer project. During 10-12 weeks, you will play a crucial role as back office support for our field technicians who work with installations and maintenance on site.
Duties:
- Provide technical advice and support to field technicians during their assignments
- Critical review and verification of submitted documentation from field technicians, such as installation reports
- Ensure installations and maintenance meet high quality standards and adhere to project timeframes and technical specifications
Technical competence:
- Basic knowledge and understanding of electronics and low voltage systems
- Basic network technical understanding. Basic knowledge in troubleshooting network equipment
- Competence in the use and interpretation of technical documentation and schedules
- Ability to use and manage technical tools and software
- High drive and ability to work under tight deadlines and in pressured situations
- Accuracy and attention to detail are critical attributes, especially when reviewing technical documentation
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with good communication skills
- Previous experience of similar tasks in the telecoms industry is strongly meritorious. You may have worked as an electrician, service technician or at a service desk
- In the work, communication and documentation is conducted in technical Swedish and the position requires language skills in Swedish at a high level
- Relevant technical education in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or equivalent alternative experience of acting as a field technician
- A dynamic and stimulating work environment with the possibility of technical development
