1.Cooperate with regional sales and local distributors; improve the satisfaction of end-users;
2.Support registration work, including installation, maintenance and perform clinical and technical trial;
3.Responsible for regional technical support (on-line or on-site), make sure the Maglumi system works properly, improve the satisfaction of distributors and end-users;
4.Collect the Maglumi installation information, and establish relationship and follow up the reference customers;
5.Give service training to local engineers and establish relationship with engineers from different distributors, keep on guiding and improving their technical skills.
6.Back-up other Technical support specialists during heavy workload and when required;
Requirements:
1.Bachelors degree or above, majoring in medical, bio-medical engineering, Life science, biology or related disciplines;
2.At least 2 years’ experience worked in diagnostics instrumentation troubleshooting;
3.Be able to travel frequently in the interior of the country or neighboring countries;
4.Excellent communication skills in English;
5.Excellent capability in business expansion and account management.
