Global HRBP and Head of Talent Acquisition at innovative health & beauty brand, present in 70+ countries.

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition and Development Manager with a focus on international markets and recruitment product and process quality. This role is pivotal in ensuring our human capital aligns with our strategic goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and maintaining high recruitment standards across all markets.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead the recruitment process for all markets and functions markets, ensuring high-quality hires.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage relationships with external providers and other talent sources.

Line Manager Capability Development:

  • Design and implement comprehensive programs to enhance managers' hiring/onboarding skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Conduct needs assessments and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.

Process Quality:

  • Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with company standards.
  • Continuously improve recruitment tools and methodologies.
  • Maintain compliance with local and international employment laws.

Coordination and Communication:

  • Work closely with site, global office teams, including legal, finance, and HR teams, to coordinate talent acquisition processes.
  • Provide necessary materials and support to HR leadership ongoing improvement and strategy design.

HR Partnership:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address workforce challenges and opportunities.
  • Align talent acquisition initiatives with business strategies to drive organizational success.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and development.
  • Multilingual proficiency in English and Russian.
  • Proven experience in international recruitment and HR process improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HR analytics tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
