Operations Coordinator

Overseeing operational activities, managing daily tasks, and problem-solving to ensure that everything functions smoothly.

Profil De Candidat Recherché

  • Ensure that all operations activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage day-to-day operations tasks, such as scheduling, logistics, and staff management.
  • Identify and address operational problems and inefficiencies, report these to the management team and suggest solutions.
  • Create and maintain records for all operational activities and ensure that all documents are filed properly.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and reports related to operational activities.
  • Participate in the development of company policies, procedures, goals, and objectives that support the company's mission and vision.
  • Compare and ensure the quality of printed and scanned documents,
  • Ensure that all documents have been uploaded to the SharePoint,
  • Follow and collect all needs (documents, stationery, …etc.) for operation staff (supervisors, LSBs, Drivers, CCP, WLSB,.etc.),
  • Manage archiving locations along the line,
  • Collect, filing all evaluation documents that has been done by the supervisors,
  • Support in translating Mainline Management documents when needed,
  • Printing and distributing all needed documents for all offices along the line for Mainline Management
  • Proven experience as an operations coordinator, or in a similar role
  • Manage all logistics related to the operation department.
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training and induction records on mainline.
  • Ensuring completion and follow-up within the training and induction process on mainline.
  • Support Assessors to provide accurate evaluation for their employees.
  • Keep records and documentation for performance levels.
  • Assist the coordination manager in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

Knowledge

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Very good English language skills.
  • Very good computer skills.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in customer service and operations.
  • Proven experience as an operations coordinator, or in a similar role.
