It was great to go to the MATES in Construction NZ 2024 research showcase launch to start MATES Fly the Flag week.  MATES brings us together on the eve of World Suicide Prevention Day.  Flying the MATES Flag shows your support and raises awareness of suicide prevention in the industry. It is a display to the broader community that the construction industry is actively involved in the prevention of suicide.

Massive thank you to Robin Rawson from Progress People for taking another group of the GJ's team from around New Zealand on the Four Quadrant Leadership Course! It was a great 2 days for those on the course with plenty of great discussion and learnings for the team.
