Eight drivers went head-to-head in the finals of our first ever New Zealand Distribution Centres Forklift Championships 🥇 Finals day tested speed, agility and precision. Drivers were scored on placing small balls onto road cones, stacking pallets, and bowling balls off the forks to knock down pins 🎳 It came down to four drivers in the grand finals where things became more demanding, but it was Den ‘the Wolf’ Gage who came out on top 🏆 A huge congrats to Den and everyone that competed in our first ever Forklift Championships! It’s great to recognise the skills and talent of our forklift teams across the country.

Anchor Food Professionals has teamed up with Worldchefs - World Association of Chefs' Societies to launch Taste of Tradition - a collection of delicious recipes blending tradition and innovation ahead of Worldchefs Global Chefs Challenge Finals, taking place in Singapore this October.   11 leading chefs from around the world have each reimagined a traditional dish from their home country with a modern dairy twist. As KickStart Breakfast Programme Manager, I’m super proud to share the July 2024 KickStart Breakfast Impact Report Summary Statement by the The Ākina Foundation, which celebrates and quantifies the significant impact of our programme.    Ākina is New Zealand’s leading impact development consultancy, who’ve provided an evaluation and insights into Kickstart Breakfast’s impact on key stakeholders.   I’d like to say a huge thanks to our dedicated KickStart Breakfast team members, the KickStart Breakfast partners Fonterra Sanitarium Ministry of Social Development (MSD), and everyone involved in over 1,400 participating schools, including more than 4,000 passionate volunteers! It was an absolute honour to be a part of the Fonterra 25-year club celebration on Friday evening for the Lower South Island. This night recognizes those who have reached 25+ years of consistent service within Fonterra - what an achievement!
