Waaaaay back in 2022, we first created our five Basis values. One of our faves is ‘Stay Candid’, which is all about being direct, transparent, and empathetic with one another. It builds on the awesome Radical Candor framework from Kim Scott. We asked the team what would help them really live this value and the answer was clear and simple: more practice! So that’s what we did. Over the last fortnight we’ve run multiple workshops to refresh and reintroduce the concept, and give everyone a chance to practice giving and receiving feedback in a safe environment.
