Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establish the learning and development function, including the creation of policies, processes, and frameworks to support the organization's growth.
  • Design, develop, and deliver training and development programs that cater to the diverse needs of employees across various countries and cultures.
  • Collaborate closely with international teams to understand their local training needs, ensuring the implementation of coaching and development programs, while identifying future competency requirements and taking necessary actions to address any gaps.
  • Manage succession planning support to cultivate future leaders within the organization.
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while delivering high-quality training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to align L&D initiatives with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Support our leadership in all aspects of competence learning and development.

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with Learning and Development.
  • Experience working in a global organization and working across different cultures and countries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and influence key business drivers and strategies.

Where you'll work:

Our office in Vika, Oslo is a hub for collaboration, featuring inviting communal spaces that encourage interaction and idea sharing. While we provide flexibility, we prefer a physical presence in our office 3 days a week.
