De SALES ASSISTANT is verantwoordelijk voor het delen van de methodologie en het DNA van het bedrijf met klanten om de verkoop te stimuleren, de basis te laten groeien en het merk te ondersteunen.

KERNVERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

· Verwelkom en help klanten en zorg te allen tijde voor een uitstekende winkelervaring.

· Aantonen van merk- en productkennis, op basis van het aangeboden trainingsprogramma, en op de hoogte blijven van de luxe omgeving en concurrenten.

· Proactief de verkoopceremonie van het merk verzorgen, waarbij verkoopkansen worden gemaximaliseerd om de winkelverkoopdoelstelling en KPI's te behalen.

· Bouwt actief het vertrouwen van de klant op door een boeiende interactieve ervaring te creëren

· Nieuwe klanten binnenhalen, conversiedoelen behalen en bestaande klanten blijven bedienen

VEREISTE VAARDIGHEDEN/OPLEIDING

· Minimaal 1-3 jaar Retail/Klantenservice ervaring;

· RTW productervaring in luxe of high-end retail heeft sterk de voorkeur

· Sterke interpersoonlijke, organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden

· Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels

· Zowel zelfstandig als samen kunnen werken

· Vaardige computervaardigheden

· Passie voor menselijke relaties en verkoop

· Probleemoplossend vermogen, nieuwsgierigheid en interesse in luxe/mode, kunst en design

The sales assistant is responsible for sharing the methodology and DNA of the company to clients in order to drive sales, grow the base and sustain the brand.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service:

· Welcome and help customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.

· Demonstrate brand and product knowledge, based upon the training program provided, as well as keeping up to date with the luxury environment and competitors.

· Proactively deliver the brand's selling ceremony, maximizing sales opportunities in order to achieve store sales target and KPIs.

· Actively builds client confidence by creating an engaging interactive experience

· Gain new clients, meeting conversion goals and continues to service existing clients

REQUIRED SKILLS/EDUCATION

· Minimum 1-3 years of Retail/Customer service experience;

· RTW product experience in luxury or high-end retail is strongly preferred

· Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

· Good knowledge of Dutch and English

· Able to work independently as well as collaboratively

· Proficient computer skills

· Passion for human relations and sales

· Problem solving, curiosity and interest in luxury/fashion, art and design
