    Another Friday wraps up with another sprint review in true S4D style. What I mean by that is our team’s approach of not just tracking goals but zeroing in on results and solutions. This time the Growth Team stole the show with some exciting slides, kicking off the review on a high note. Next to recent exciting sales results, one of their main focus was the webinar hosted yesterday. Our special guest was Zack from HERBIES PIZZA (UK) LIMITED, which also allowed us to have him over at our office in Amsterdam to spend two days with us, planning next steps and strategies together. 🍕 Zack and Daan shared a great story about realizing the need for change when it comes to future-proofing a quick-service restaurant business. Herbies Pizza is around since 1985 and has one of the most loyal customer bases we have seen. So they’re clearly doing things right.     They say “the devil is in the details”. And, indeed, even a tiny detail can significantly reduce your website’s conversion rate. Our prospects usually report a significant amount of traffic on their websites, yet struggle with low conversion rates and don’t always know why. And some don’t even have their data at hand. Our ongoing research and testing done specifically in the context of food ordering results on average an increase of 14% in conversion rate. And how do we do that? Let me break down a few examples of our learnings, that you might not have even thought about: 1. High-quality images are crucial, but their sizes matter too. Oversized images might slow down the page and frustrate users, while too-small images may fail to make dishes look appealing. 2. The tone of error messages can affect whether users stay to fix the issue or immediately abandon the process. 3. A well-designed loading animation can keep users engaged. Without one, they might assume the site is slow and leave. One of our latest tests found that showing the full image of your product increases revenue by 3% for some customer segments. Do you yet show the full image of your product on your digital menu?
