Meet Céline Roest, our Teamlead for the Support Teams! 𝐌𝐲 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐥.. As a team lead of three support teams with different roles and stages of team development, I am continuously improving and smoothening processes and I make sure team goals are met. Last but not least, I motivate, coach and guide my team members during their current and towards their (future) career paths. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐄𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 Effectory is a warm bath and I consider it my second home. Work-life balance is perfect. Next to that, a lot of fun activities are constantly being planned to connect with colleagues. Finally, what I love about Effectory is that I get so much room for development and autonomy in how I execute my work. 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 Changing dull moments into fun moments! 𝐀𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 I always wanted to become an actress and for example play in a costume drama.
