Job Title: Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
Develop strategies to expand distribution Offline, Online and E-commerce focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Manage diverse Teams to deliver business goals and objectives
Manage and arrange business meetings with prospective clients
In conjunction with Product Team, develop New Products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Oversee project planning, execution, and progress tracking.
Prepare Project requirements, liaise with stakeholders, manage timelines & expectations
Requirements
B.Sc / BA in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
Proven proficiency in Managing diverse teams
8+ years’ experience in Sales and Marketing
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
Proven sales track record
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
