Job Title Telesales Team Lead Reports to Telesales Channel Manager Function Sales Location Abeokuta, Ogun State (On Site) Cadre Specialist Job Purpose Overseeing the performance of a team of Telesales Agents. Provide leadership, coaching and support to the team, and develop/ implement plans to achieve Sales targets. Responsibilities 1. Leadership & Guidance: Lead team to meet sales goals and ensure call quality. Motivate team to inform clients about new offerings. Foster positive work environment. 2. Sales Strategy: Understand market and customer needs. Develop strategies to meet sales targets. Generate leads from interested buyers. 3. Customer Relationship: Build strong client relationships. VACANCY : QA ENGINEER Location: Lagos Department: Quality Assurance Group Reports To: Group Head Quality Assurance Group Work Type : Hybrid Job Summary: We are seeking two (2) skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing Business Requirement Documents, creating comprehensive test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in creating automation frameworks from scratch using Cypress with BDD or Playwright, and have a working knowledge of performance testing. Key Responsibilities: Analyze Business Requirement Documents to understand the requirements and identify the necessary test scenarios. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and test scripts. Develop and execute test scenarios to ensure the quality and functionality of software products. Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks from scratch using Cypress with BDD or Playwright. Conduct performance testing to assess the responsiveness and stability of the system. Identify, record, document, and track bugs through to resolution. Collaborate with developers and other QA team members to ensure high-quality software releases. Participate in design and requirement reviews to provide feedback and ensure testability. Continuously improve test processes and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of testing. Provide timely and meaningful feedback to the development team regarding quality issues. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software testing and automation. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role. Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test scripts. Hands-on experience with automation frameworks using Cypress with BDD or Playwright. Knowledge of performance testing tools and techniques. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and a passion for quality assurance. Preferred Skills: Experience with other automation tools and frameworks. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration with testing tools. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Experience with API testing and tools like Postman or REST Assured. Understanding of database concepts and ability to write SQL queries. Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
