    WE ARE HIRING! JOB TITLE: REF: AENL-TATS-2024-057 Smart Room Maintenance Engineer MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Provide specialist technical/engineering advice and guidance to site personnel on the operation and maintenance of plant/equipment ensuring highest safety standards, a timely response to queries and minimal disruption to operations. 2. Manage day to day maintenance activities within the client's Smart Room, ensuring adequate liaison to support the sites current and forthcoming activities. 3. Provide site maintenance personnel with direct technical support including WO Backlogs review, and daily WO technical validation (WTA WO status removal) on SAP (Unisup). 4. Provide work direction and technical guidance, checking work/project progress, identifying resources, setting priorities and time schedules. 5. Ensure planned maintenance look ahead is reviewed and prepared, balance available resources on- site with forthcoming monthly PM activity. 6. Anchor monthly Preventive Maintenance review process. 7. Develop and maintain highly effective and productive relationships with internal and external contacts. 8. Liaise with Tier 2 and Discipline managers for technical and contractual support. 9. Proactively monitor, review and analyze plant and equipment performance using Smart Signal diagnostic tool and provide feedback to Line Management, identifying opportunities to maximize equipment performance, and by extension production performance. 10. Continuously optimize failure thresholds of running equipment from the connected and collected data records in the SMART Room dashboards and keeping the real-time monitoring as close and tuned to running site conditions. ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Improve reliability of maintenance equipment. 2. Failure reports and investigation. 3. Engineering documentation/technical support. 4. Equipment availability - accountable for the turbo machine running plan implementation and its strict follow up, liaising with the mechanical/rotating department. OTHER JOB REQUIREMENT 1. 1st degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred. Other engineering disciplines would also be considered. 2. Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance of oil and gas process facilities / equipment, including rotating equipment, lifting equipment, instrumentation and electrical equipment. 3. Develop, maintain and implement a comprehensive Operations Technical Competence and Development and Assurance curriculum across the entire hierarchy of Operations department based on the A&P scheme to ensure that operations staff can be progressed based on learnt and experience- based competencies commensurate with their responsibilities. 2. Coordinate with the HRL team to deliver Modules trainings for the new Operators and Technicians, covering the design, process description, control and safeguarding narratives of Client Plant project scope and existing facilities, to enhance personnel competence in the execution of their day to activities. 3. Retrieve relevant information from manuals, design information, and vendor documentation to provide the needed Training materials and deliver as per schedule 4. Develop and implement specific training packages (ESP, AMS) for all Operations teams in line with the Operations Reliability tools and proactive monitoring techniques in the field and console to mitigate errors due to human factors. 5. Implement a refresher program based on the A&P scheme and on contemporary developments and lessons learnt in the plant and in industry, to refresh and maintain the professional competencies of senior operations personnel including shift operations leadership. 6. Supervise competency-based progression through the Assessment and Progression (A&P) Schemes for Operators to ensure clear understanding of the daily routine/non-routine operation/commissioning and start-up of the plant to meet minimum staff competence required to operate the plant. 7. Develop and train all plant Operators to become competent in Gas testing and liquefaction as Authorized Gas Safety Tester (AGST) and to be proficient in the process equipment preparation under the permit to work system. 8. Develop and coordinate computer-based training and toolbox talks presentations as part of the management of change (MOC) process, learning from incidents (LFI), and any other improvement initiatives on plant assets for all Operators to meet the situation awareness philosophy. 9. Perform Competence assurance testing on Panel and Field Operators on the use of monitoring and control tools to adequately respond to process upsets and emergencies in order to avoid production losses. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Coordinates/Manages the provision of accommodation and hospitality services (residential accommodation, Guest Management services, catering, office accommodation support services and sporting/recreational facilities, etc.) in Bonny locations for the Project Owner’s Team and project guests. • Ensure compliance and maintain procedures related to all services (accommodation, catering, guest management, etc.) to ensure compliance with all company requirements based on existing standards or relevant processes/ procedures. • Manages relationship with all internal stakeholders and support functions with the service providers and asset for the effective and efficient delivery of services (accommodation, catering, access, housekeeping, general facilities maintenance, cooling system, etc.) in JV Owners’ Team Camp. • Manage the framework for interface between the EPC contractor and Company in key services area. • Manage the framework for interface between the EPC contractor and Company Owners Team in JV camp / accommodation related matters as it relates to services, operations and maintenance. • Measures and monitors the provision of high standards of service delivery/performance (including its enablers) in accommodation, catering and transportation (land, marine and air) and others in Bonny Operating Centre, using relevant tools and service delivery models.   JOB REQUIREMENT • University Degree or HND with 1 –2 years’ cognate experience.  • A proven track record of managing and collaborative working with multi-cultural stakeholders including contractors • Management of personnel accommodation and oversight of maintenance services or facilities management experience • The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate an ability to drive timely decision-making and implementation by the project team through appropriate command, influence and respectful persistence. • Good communication skills with diverse stakeholders including residents in Camp, Colleagues in office, Asset team, service providers and EPC contractor • Good stakeholder and expectation management, with demonstration of excellent interpersonal relation skills • Basic knowledge on HSE and demonstration of goal zero in job execution especially in projects as well as accommodation and hospitality. Coordinate and ensure the regular (re)training of users of all SC Tools and in particular, the training and induction of new users so as to ensure the optimal appropriation and use of these tools. 3. Perform regular controls to continuously improve the level of appropriation of SC tools so as to improve affiliates performance in ASAP and related audits (e.g. SOX audits). JOB REQUIREMENT 1.
