Trade Marketing Specialist

Position Responsibilities

B2B Sales Support:

Assist the B2B Sales team by providing trade marketing materials and support for below-the-line marketing activities.

Event Management

Plan, organize, and execute trade events from start to finish, ensuring all logistics and details are meticulously managed.

Visual Merchandising

Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of visual merchandising strategies and materials as needed.

Promotional Campaigns

Develop and implement promotional campaigns to drive product visibility and sales in trade channels.

Market Analysis

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in trade marketing strategies.

Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of trade marketing materials and event setups.

Budget Management

Manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within allocated resources.

Reporting And Analysis

Track and analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing activities and events, providing detailed reports and recommendations for future improvements.

Collaboration

Work closely with the sales, product, and marketing teams to align trade marketing efforts with overall business goals and strategies.

Brand Consistency

Ensure all trade marketing activities and materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand image across all channels.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3 years experience in FMCG, Retail or any smiliar field
Minimum Diploma Holder in Marketing, Business Management, Trade Marketing, or any related
Proven experience in physical stores of Modern Trade, Convenient Store, Retail Outlets or Gas Stations
Good command of both written and spoken in English & Bahasa
Willingness to travel
Able to work in a fast-paced and high-intensity work environment
Ability to plan and manage multiple projects that are happening concurrently in collaboration with other marketing divisions,
