Job Description

Verifying the uploaded data (content) and making sure that everything is complete and correct
Understand the industry and its developments – must have clear and engaging communication skills, have attention to detail, be adaptive to new situations, have a willingness to learn, be independent, and have ownership.
Guide the hotels to enter information into the extranet to completion.
Process the hotel to go live into the Traveloka system.
Interaction with hotel partners in obtaining information, verifying data supplied, and handling other inquiries from hotel partners.
Provide administrative support to the Market Management team.
Responsible for setting up the hotel to Go Live on Traveloka.com, TERA Extranet training for new hotels, managing hotel content, handle technical issues experienced by hotels.
Liaise with internal departments to fulfill supply operation

Requirements

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and Cantonese
Self-driven, love challenges, have an entrepreneurial spirit, and get things done
Excellent communication, passion, dedication, and energy
At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with Hotel, Service, and Online Travel Agent businesses.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with good attention to details
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a rapidly changing environment
