To follow up on existing tenants' tenancy matters.
Perform activities related to department rentals, move-ins and lease renewals
Responsible for leasing and tenancy administration functions including but not limited to the preparation of tenancy agreements and tenancy renewal. Sourcing potential prospects to boost the business for the shopping mall.
To negotiate and provide the best offer package of the tenancy agreement terms to the prospect.
Liaise and coordinate with fit-out design teams, and provide advice to clients on the concept, positioning, layout, design and specifications of the Mall.
Maintain good rapport with clients.
