Head of Business Development, Real Estate Partnerships

This position reports to: Head, Group Product, Coverage and Digital

Job Overview:

As the Head of Business Development for Real Estate, you will lead efforts to establish and cultivate partnerships with real estate developers, property management companies, real estate agents, etc. Your ultimate goal would be to conclude partnerships with the players across value chain which will enable the distribution of products of the Time Group, including both connectivity and energy.

Responsibilities:

1. Map the industry value chain and create a long-list of key players
2. Utilize your experience in the real estate industry to outline industry pain points, needs and concerns.
3. Create a compelling product proposition for specific types of players
4. Build and cultivate strong relationships with the industry players, acting as the primary point of contact for partnership discussions
5. Collaborate with the business units and networ coverage team and other relevant to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of agreed-upon services

Requirements:

• Track record in the real estate industry, ideally across multiple parts of the industry (development, property management, etc.)
• Previous success in driving business development efforts from a low base
• Strong understanding of real estate developer processes and pain points
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders.
• Product mindset with the ability to create compelling propositions.
• Ideally, experience working with EV chargers and sustainable building initiatives.
