Role Overview

As an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) at Mossery, you will be at the forefront of our innovation and invention efforts. This role is designed for a dynamic and motivated individual who thrives on creating and scaling new business ventures. You will work closely with our cofounders, manufacturing facility, production crew, and designers to develop Mossery's next big business.

• Collaborate directly with the cofounders to identify and develop new product ideas and business opportunities.
• Lead the end-to-end process of product innovation, from concept to market launch.
• Work closely with our manufacturing and production teams to ensure the feasibility and quality of new products.
• Partner with our design team to create products that align with Mossery’s brand and customer expectations.
• Manually recruit customers and clients in the short term to validate new product concepts and generate initial sales.
• Develop and execute a business development strategy to scale.
• Analyse market trends and customer feedback to continually refine and improve new products.
• Drive sales and marketing efforts to build brand awareness and customer loyalty for new products.
