Social Media Management- Responsible for managing official social media channels, including community management.- Assist with the development content editorial calendars, content plans and execution.- Reporting and optimization of social media content - including paid social where needed. Able to measure eyeball rates, social and web, i.e conversion and bounce rates.
Graphic Design- Work together with the Creative & Digital Team to curate high quality, brand-compliant and UX-compliant designs, in collaboration with the Creative & Digital Team.- Executing graphic design workflow from end-to-end, or part of the workflow according to the work plan assigned.- Suggesting improvements on any existing artworks, layouts, or designs when necessary.- Responsible for ensuring deadlines are met.- Create design assets including root designs, vectors, videography, and photography if needed with the Creative Team.- Coordinating and liaising with outside agencies, art service providers, web designers, marketing agents, printers’ services, and colleagues as necessary.
Video & Content Creation- Assist the execution of video content creation with high engagement and conversion rates, in collaboration with the Creative & Digital Team.- Ideate contents.- Play the producer and/or talent role in creating video contents.- Expected to do good and efficient research, content sourcing and data extraction for the purpose of content and any other purpose assigned. Able to research industry-related topics and produce engaging copies for end users.- Coordinates with talent, guest or host in creating the planned content.
Brand Management- Responsible for curating brand messaging and expanding brand reach, in collaboration with the Creative & Digital Team.- Review and update program branding annually- Review and update communications strategy in collaboration within the management team, to ensure alignment of brand messaging and brand voice to the full spectrum of communications work.- Ensure all platforms online and offline are aligned and updated to the current brand messaging / brand voice i.e brand decks, website, social media platforms etc.
Campaign Management- Produce all contents within the timeline.- Campaign reach meets campaign target.- Creation of analytics reports- Reach conversion rate targeted for each campaign.
Program Communications- Attend all programs / co-work with the programs team to deliver program communications.- Complete all programs-related communications tasks as assigned within the timeline set i.e interviews, highlight videos, social media work.- Assist with programs when needed.
Rakita & MySukan TV- Ensuring all content is broadcasted, posted and published within the set timeline.- Producing content such as Sports News, Posting relevant pics or videos, Hosting weekly videos, recap video and to cover any sports related event when needed.- To prepare a weekly calendar aligns with the Kementerian Belia & Sukan mandate for ongoing events that are content worthy.- Performs ad-hoc job-related duties as assigned.

A bachelor’s degree in any field, but specialization in any field of Communications is preferred.
Minimum 1 - 2 years in Communications work. Preferably communications generalists / integrated communications practitioners with a penchant in Content Creation and Graphics, Strategic communications and PR experience is a plus.
Well experienced in creating multi-format content for social media channels and churning out research papers/data materials into content.
Proficiency in point-and-shoot camera skills and have the skills to operate industry-standard camera is a plus.
