, Job Description

Position Summary:

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager who will support the Project Manager in various capacities to ensure the successful execution of our new outlets opening which cover our Coworking Space and Enterprise Custom-Built Office Solution, ensuring that projects are completed within specified dateline, budget and quality.

This role’s job and responsibility will include task coordination, progress monitoring, resources allocation, communicating with stakeholders, reports preparation, and ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.

Job Description:

  • Assist to coordinate assigned projects by developing project narratives, dashboards, budgets, schedules, financial projections, and other reporting and managing documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and pricing structure for project rollout and approval
  • Source, appoint,coordinate, and proactively monitor project status with interior designers, consultants, as well as contractors / vendors for design and build contracts across all project phases
  • Assist the Enterprise/Real Estate Team to manage client relationship and expectations, as well as collaborating with other departments with any tasks/responsibilities/projects to ensure a smooth handover process to clients and Outlet Operation Team.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship is carried out and maintained for all site works.
  • Support company community initiatives such as business networking events and member engagement activities.
  • Other additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior and management.

As part of the Real Estate team, you will also be responsible for:

  • Assist in preliminary layout test-fit.
  • Assist in meeting the clients, understanding the client's requirements and harmonizing their requirements into our design.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating our design and build playbook.

Job Requirement(s):

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as project management, interior design, or engineering.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of safety and health regulations, as well as company security and safety policies.
  • Applicants must be willing to travel within outlets as and when required.
