The Role

Responsibilities

  • Office management: responsible for the purchase, management and distribution of daily office supplies, ensuring the normal operation of office equipment, and maintaining a clean and orderly office environment.
  • Clerical work: writing and processing internal company documents, reports, notices, etc., to ensure accurate communication and recording of information.
  • Personnel management: assisting in the handling of recruitment, entry and resignation procedures, the management of employee files, and the statistics and accounting of employee attendance and wages.
  • Meeting management: responsible for organizing and arranging meetings inside and outside the company, and taking meeting minutes.
  • Logistics support: responsible for the organization and arrangement of company activities, such as employee training, team building activities, company annual meetings, etc., to ensure the smooth progress of activities.
  • Communication and coordination: coordinate the work between departments, handle daily affairs, solve various problems encountered by employees at work, and promote effective communication within the company.
  • External affairs: maintain contact with external organizations and suppliers, and handle various external affairs of the company, such as government relations, customer reception, cooperation with suppliers and merchants, etc.
  • Safety management: supervise and implement the company's safety measures, ensure the safety of employees and customers, and handle emergencies.

Ideal Profile

Requirements

  • Proficient in Chinese, English and Malay
  • Experience in administration, personnel or related work
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in completing tasks
  • Able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
