Welcome to November, where we start to look forward to Christmas, New Years, and most importantly, our year end performance bonus 🎉 . As we start to bring the year into a close, here are some insights over the course of the year for commercial hiring. This year has seen a massive uptick in replenishing the workforce. Many companies took a hit over the course of covid, and a majority of hospitality, retail, and tourism companies were forced to retrench a number of their staff. In 2023, after a recovery period, many of these companies are looking to move their operation back to full scale and have started mass hiring.  One of our most successful mass hiring projects has been with a media agency, that had recently acquired a large consumer brand, and needed to increase their workforce to service this client.
