R&R❗


• Lead local tenders and alignment (spec-in)

• Forecasts annual sales for key account

• Understanding the market strategy of the key account and derivation of relevant strategic actions for Rittal/FLG

• Analyze, understand and translate customer pain points and needs to maintain and expand business

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with global key accounts

• Formulate and communicate trends, expectations and corresponding data to each GKAMs

• Manage, synchronize and orchestrate local buying center of the customer and Rittal local selling center

• Represent the customer's voice and be the advocate of the customer within Rittal – but also represent Rittal’s point of view

• Monitor key performance and risk indicators against budget and set up corresponding actions

• Monthly report on latest customer developments


Qualifications ❗


  • Bachelor’s degree with an economical and/or technical background
  • Min. 3-year experience in sales – preferably in Korean Key customers or major EPCs
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking as well as holistic/systemic acting
  • Customer- and sales-oriented mindset
  • Ability to understand technical drawings and product information
